meeting places

cities in transitions

Inspiratie-Inc designs and builds structures and gardens using new and old technologies.

First we investigate the needs of a neighborhood and then we build together with earth, straw and willow, containers, bamboo, wood, sandbags…

These forms of building allow for flexible, environmentally friendly, culture sensitive and affordable meeting places. We are constantly searching for new innovative solutions and partnerships that we can develop.

One of our methods is parent and child projects, we created so-called BuurT-Tuinen (neighborhood gardens) in 5 locations in Almere, where we grow food together and eat together. Here we provide local communities with supporting and sustainable inspiration from nature and from the whole world. By creatively using basic materials, inspired by permaculture and our artistic approach, an extraordinary meeting place emerges.

If you want to know more about what we do, our workshops and projects, please feel free to contact us.

The buurT-Tuinen project started in 2014 and is supported by the Oranjefonds and the municipality of Almere.
